Having completed a degree in Law and a Master’s in business and having worked in the corporate world for a number of years I decided I needed to change my lifestyle. I wanted to follow my passion which was fitness and well-being.  

I loved the way exercise made me feel, how it positively affected my mood and sleep, it made me want to eat healthier and, most of all, how in control I felt of my body and the way that I looked.

THE STUDIO

 

My purpose-built studio was designed to offer privacy and a safe space for you to start your fitness journey. It’s a place where we can build a sustainable method for you to reach your ultimate health and well-being goals.

 

I was lucky enough to start training with Lisa at the beginning of 2020, then COVID hit. I didn’t think not training in her studio would work, but we started working out online and then met outside for some sessions. I now exclusively train at my house and connect with Lisa on Zoom, I haven’t looked back. I’ve lost 20kg and am the fittest I’ve ever been in my life.
