After graduating with a Law degree and Masters in Business I realised that I needed to follow my passion for fitness and nutrition to help others transform their lives. I’m a qualified personal trainer and Poliquin BioSignature practitioner.

I am a huge advocate of the 'strong not skinny' message and believe exercise is the key to improved mental and physical health. My style of training is encouraging, results driven and focused!

I love teaching and providing individual attention to each client, so they get the most from their workouts. It is my mission to transform you into a healthier, fitter, and better version of you with the belief that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.

Part of being a good trainer means being a good role model, in order to maintain my fitness level I train hard, keeping my strength and fitness levels up to the maximum.

My recently built studio, exclusively for the use of my clients provides privacy with state-of-the-art equipment to help clients achieve their fitness and health goals.

Lisa is friendly and professional. She created a programme that worked for my specific needs and was able to adapt certain exercises where necessary so that I could continue to train. Lisa is also a fantastic listener and worked in ways to train my mind as well as my body.
