Your brain is the most important muscle there is in your transformation, and you are going to train it consistently, as you would your body.

  • I advise on calibrated nutrition and hydration and if necessary I can recommend how to stay on track with your daily macro intake to ensure that you meet your specific goals. We'll establish your personal balance of fantastically healthy, simple food not forgetting a few indulgences.

  • Through a combination of metabolism boosting weight training, functional movement that uses your own body weight, cardiovascular, techniques and postural correction, we'll build the mindset where exercise becomes a habit and part of your everyday life. Continuous observation is crucial to making sure you get the most from our time together, I’ll assess your progress through measurable means specific to your goals.

  • From regular support, I will help you to integrate your new approach to nutrition and exercise into your lifestyle. We can target any lifestyle factors that stand in your way of success whether it be sleep, stress, hectic travel demands or helping to prioritise your own time and needs alongside everyone else's. I offer support that goes beyond your training sessions and on your non-training days to help you build better habits and maintain them.
